The portal was launched in December 2023 with a mission to create an information base on climate regulation in Moldova with an emphasis on the moldovan carbon market, available in Russian, Romanian and English.

- Monitoring and Updating: The author regularly adds news to the portal, organized by the months in which they occurred. As needed, they update the established climate regulation structure. They also publish updates on the carbon market on the platform Facebook (weekly).

Who is the author?
Dmitri Volosiuc has been managing an environmental organization from 2019 to 2022. He has completed various courses on environmental sustainability, ESG, and blockchain.
